About me

My name Is Lori English, and I am a compassionate social worker for sixteen years, and learned several skills to cultivate a private practice to enhance other people who have mental health issues and Integrate Mindfulness.

 My mission is to help people with mental illness and make an impact on the profession of mental health and making an impact on treatment.

I worked with many diverse groups of people in a long-term program where I learned my greatest skills to empower others.

We'll work together to challenge unhelpful thinking styles that may be contributing to negative emotions and behaviors.

Develop coping skills

We’ll use cognitive behavior therapy and other mechanisms/techniques to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges
