About me

I am a compassionate social worker.

My name Is Lori English, and I am a compassionate social worker for sixteen years, and learned several skills to cultivate a private practice to enhance other people who have mental health issues and Integrate Mindfulness to help people heal.

 My mission is to help people with mental illness and make an impact on the profession of mental health and making an impact on treatment.

I worked with many diverse groups of people in a long-term program where I learned my greatest skills to empower others.

Working With Me

Working with me is about learning to communicate your needs and wants. You are the reason and getting to know yourself takes time.

You can work at your own pace, and I will be there to listen and cheer you on. Working together as a team you can ask me any questions that make you feel comfortable about scheduling.

My mission is to treat you with dignity and respect you on all levels of my capacity and give you the best treatment you deserve.

In my practice you will have resources, skills, and be willing to learn new ways of thinking that will enhance your life for the best outcomes possible.

My Specialties

I worked with many clients who are diagnosed with Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive, Panic attacks, Relationship Issues, and Self-Esteem.

First a Bio-Psychosocial which I’m grateful to get to know you is where you answer some questions about what brought you here and what ae some of your goals in therapy?

In this time feel free to ask any question’s, concerns’ that you have, and I would be happy to answer them.

Next- We can schedule up to three sessions at a time, so you feel comfortable.

1.You and I will work towards a Goal- Orientated plan that faciltates growth.

2. I will ask you quation’s and you can feel free to ask me as many quesions as you want.

3. In my practice, I work with Cognitivive Behavioral Therapy, and this is a proven therapy that works woth Anxiety, Depression, and most issues.

4. As we begin, there can be tweaks and suggestions for you and we will work for 45 minutes. 

5. You are the main contrubutor I am Helping you see and learn copig skills, and other ways to deal with life’s challenges.
